FORMER health minister Dr Chitalu Chilufya says the Honeybee “scam” is a creation of individuals who were scared of the legacy he had created at the Ministry of Health. And Dr Chilufya, who is among the PF presidential aspirants, has described himself as a visionary leader, saying he will transform Zambia and the former ruling party.
