WARMA has warned of floods in Milenge, Kapompo, Lukulu, Senanga, Kitwe, Mambwe and Solwezi districts to be experienced between January 28 and February 19, 2023. In a statement, Wednesday, Water Resources Management Authority (WARMA) Public Relations Officer Mubiana Nalwendo cautioned residents in the affected areas to be on high alert. “The Water Resources Management Authority (WARMA) is mandated by the Water Resources Management Act No 21 of 2011 to conduct drought and flood forecasts.
