UPND’s Noel Nkoma has denied issuing any statement bordering on tribalism with regards to Presidential appointments in the new dawn administration. Nkoma has dismissed a statement carried by the Daily Revelation, where it was alleged that he supports the statement earlier issued by former Luangeni member of parliament Angela Chifire on Presidential appointments. Nkoma, who is Eastern Province UPND provincial management committee member, says he cannot “tear down that which he helped build”, adding that President Hakainde Hichilema has attempted to achieve regional balancing of appointments at all levels of government.
