RTSA has attributed its ranking in the 2022 Zambia Bribe Payers Index (ZBPI) report to some “self-appointed” agents who get money from people in order to help them access services quickly. On Tuesday last week, TIZ and ACC launched the 2022 ZBPI Survey Report which revealed that the Zambia Police Service recorded the highest probability of bribery experience, which stood at 38.7 percent, with Ministry of Lands taking the second slot at 38.0 percent, while RTSA came third at 30.0 percent.
