TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) Executive Director Maurice Nyambe says the silence that has ensued after arrests were made in the Sugilite scandal is worrying. But the Zambia Police Service says investigations are still ongoing in the matter as police are still trying to tie up loose ends. In February this year, police arrested Luapula Province deputy Permanent Secretary Roy Mwansa and District Commissioners for Nchelenge and Mwansabombwe, Musonda Mutepuka and Molton Sikazwe, in connection with the illegal dealing in Sugilite Mineral Ore.
