FORMER home affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo says the firing of Lemmy Kajoba and some permanent secretaries signifies that President Hakainde Hichilema is being misled by his advisors. And Kampyongo has wondered why the President is only acting on permanent secretaries while the ministers are left untouched. On Friday, President Hichilema fired Kajoba and appointed Graphel Musamba in his place. The President also terminated the contracts of four Permanent Secretaries, while others like Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary Professor Lackson Kasonka will be re-deployed.
