THE Zambia National Union of Teachers (ZNUT) says the NAPSA partial withdrawals have at least given teachers who are financially indebted some breathing space. As of Wednesday this week, NAPSA had paid out K1.5 billion to 45,869 beneficiaries under the pre-retirement lump sum benefits.
