THE Joint Investigations Team yesterday interrogated former DMMU national coordinator Chanda Kabwe on matters relating to his previous office. But Kabwe’s lawyer, Sakwiba Sikota, has described the interrogations as fishing expeditions by the investigation team. Meanwhile, Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale has assured that the nation will be given details about the interview as soon as the interrogations are concluded today. Kabwe arrived at the JIT offices around 09:50 hours, Tuesday, in the presence of his lawyer Sikota and was later joined by his other lawyer Jonas Zimba.
