SENIOR Chief Nkula says the Bemba Royal Establishment is concerned about government’s actions of engaging Chief Chikwanda concerning the discovered gold deposits in Mpika district, when he was suspended for insubordination. The traditional leader says a team from the Mines Cadastre Department has gone ahead to start the process of forming cooperatives after consulting the suspended chief, without Chief Mukwikile’s knowledge when the gold is under his jurisdiction.
