POLICE in Kitwe have arrested a 20-year-old street kid for being in possession of large quantities of unidentified drugs. Harrison Daka was apprehended on Sunday during a mop up joint operation by officers from Zambia Police, Immigration, Drug Enforcement Commission and the Kitwe City Council. Daka confessed that he was working with some named council officers at Chisokone market whom he said he used to pay in order to be allowed to continue with his illegal business.
