PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema yesterday honoured Veteran broadcaster Mpundu Mwape and Olympic athlete Muzala Samukonga during the Africa Freedom Day celebrations. President Hichilema earlier led service chiefs, diplomats and other stakeholders in laying wreaths at Freedom Statue. President Hichilema later conducted an investiture ceremony at State House where he bestowed honours and awarded deserving citizens.
