CHAPTER One Foundation executive director Linda Kasonde has urged the UPND government to repeal all criminal defamation laws in Zambia. And Kasonde says the recent arrest of Dr Fred M’membe for the offence of libel follows a long history of successive government administrations using criminal defamation laws to silence critics and target political opponents.
