POLICE yesterday blocked former president Edgar Lungu and other members of his PF faction from accessing the party secretariat. And Lungu says he and his wife Esther have moved out of the government-rented house in Ibex Hill. Lungu arrived at the PF secretariat around 11:40 hours and he received a thunderous welcome from his supporters who were gathered outside the secretariat. Several PF officials including Given Lubinda, Raphael Nakacinda, Chishimba Kambwili, Mumbi Phiri and others were also present.
