CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says government is awaiting guidance from legal experts on whether former president Edgar Lungu was receiving his retirement benefits when he had not retired from active politics. And Mweetwa says citizens should be at their best social conduct as Zambia hosts the third International Conference on Public Health in Africa, to be held from November 27 to 30.
