KITWE District Administrative Officer Mwamba Mulenga has urged inmates to actively seek HIV/AIDS treatment services to avoid dying from preventable complications. Mulenga notes that as HIV/AIDS cases are higher in correctional facilities, there is need for inmates to actively seek testing and treatment services.
