PAC president Andyford Banda says it is clear that the UPND government has no plans on how they hope to turn around the economy looking at the way things are moving. Last week, Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa said it would be hypocritical for government to state a specific timeframe in which people should expect the cost of living to reduce.
