PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has suspended Lusaka High Court Judge Timothy Katanekwa from office. According to a statement issued by State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka yesterday, the President was acting on the recommendation in a report presented to him by the Judicial Complaints Commission. “President Hakainde Hichilema has, acting on the recommendation in the report presented to him by the Judicial Complaints Commission, suspended Judge Timothy Katanekwa from the office of judge of the High Court for Zambia with immediate effect.
