FORMER UPND vice-president Dr Canisius Banda has described Health Minister Sylvia Masebo’s statement that Zambians should consider relocating to villages to avoid cholera as unethical. Masebo recently advised people who were living in highly unsanitary conditions to consider going back to the village because they were much safer there. “You don’t just dig a pit, shallow, and give to people and say rent and you start getting money from them.
