THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested and charged Tobias Samalala, a court bailiff in Choma, for corrupt practices involving K7,000. ACC Head of Corporate Communications Timothy Moono disclosed in a statement that Samalala, a court bailiff at Choma Subordinate Court, abused the authority of his office by demanding and receiving K7,000 from a person who was sued in the courts of law.
