PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has appointed Dr Choolwe Benyani as Civil Service Commission Chairperson. The President has also appointed Beatrice Liluya Mpanga as Deputy Director General of the Drug Enforcement Commission. In a statement yesterday, State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka disclosed that President Hichilema had appointed Ronald Hichibulo as a member of the Teaching Service Commission, while Akalamwa Sumbwa had been appointed as member of the Local Government Service Commission. “President Hakainde Hichilema has in exercise of the powers vested in him pursuant to Sections 7(a) and 7(c) of the Service Commissions Act No. 10 of 2016 appointed Dr Choolwe Beyani as Chairperson, Mr Rodrick Chewe and Ms Gladys Phiri Selemani Tavaris as members of the Civil Service Commission....
