NEW Heritage Party leader Chishala Kateka says the newly formed United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) will be registered as a political party. In an interview, Kateka said Miles Sampa could keep PF because the alliance members were only interested in Edgar Lungu and his People. She, however, said Lungu was still PF president until the court determines otherwise. “We haven’t registered it (UKA) yet. We are in the process of registering it and then when we register, people can do what they like. They can complain all they like but as it is, we haven’t registered [it].
