FIRST Deputy Speaker Attractor Chisangano says there is no leadership crisis in the National Assembly as far as she is concerned. Chisangano was ruling on a point of order raised by Choma UPND member of parliament Cornelius Mweetwa against his Lunte PF counterpart Mutotwe Kafwaya. Mweetwa was questioning whether Kafwaya was in order to say there is a leadership problem in the House.
