ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chief Electoral Officer, Brown Kasaro, has informed the Socialist Party that the Commission is unable to call for fresh nominations in Chisanga and Chikenge Wards of Gwembe and Kabompo Districts respectively.
