PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says his agenda as Zambia’s chief servant is that by the time he’s done with this country, he’d have more than doubled the size of its economy. And President Hichilema has asked local suppliers and contractors not to supply air to the mines, especially after receiving a down payment.
