EMMANUEL Jay Banda’s lawyer, Sakwiba Sikota, says his client revealed to the police that State House officials Clayson Hamasaka and Levy Ngoma, and a UPND youth leader, were allegedly involved in his abduction. Sikota says Jay Jay’s abductors wanted details about Edgar Lungu’s funders and those within the government system who are leaking information to the PF. But Hamasaka has laughed off the allegations, saying he has never met the Petauke Central MP in his life and will report him to the police for defamation of character.
