POLICE in Lusaka have arrested a 25-year-old man of Chudleigh for defiling a 13-year-old grade seven pupil who was reported missing in February this year. Meanwhile, the girl has narrated how the suspect asked her to be his girlfriend and persuaded her to run away from home so that they could stay together.
