A GROUP of youths calling themselves Protest Movement has vowed to go ahead with the load shedding protest next week. On Monday, police stated that it was difficult for police to respond to Protest Movement because they wrote their request on an unofficial paper. Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale said the youths had therefore been advised not to proceed with the protest.
