MINISTRY of Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana says preliminary investigations so far show that the alleged abduction of Emmanuel Jay Banda either did not take place or was a self-abduction. And Kawana says the Patriotic Front is spreading lies by accusing the Ministry of Finance of transferring K13 million to his account.
