THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says it is contemplating implementing the ongoing Continuous Registration of Voters (CRV) exercise in correctional facilities. In an interview, ECZ Commissioner Major General Vincent Mukanda (retired) said the Commission had not registered inmates since the 2021 general elections.
