PF faction Information and Publicity Chairperson, Emmanuel Mwamba, says a leader will emerge from the same opposition that is not seen as credible by UPND. Mwamba was reacting to UPND National Youth Chairperson, Gilbert Liswaniso, who recently insisted that there was no opposition party that could currently topple UPND in a general election.
