SOCIALIST Party leader Fred M’membe says President Hakainde Hichilema has instructed police officers to keep him detained throughout the weekend. And Dr M’membe’s wife, Mutinta Mazoka, says she has received information that her husband is to be detained to prevent him from attending the Ukusefya Pang’wena ceremony, where he might outnumber President Hichilema. But State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka has disputed the claims, stating that certain issues must be separated from the Head of State.
