GOVERNMENT says it has signed the commencement order to bring to effect the CDF Act No. 1 of 2024. And Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development says it is necessary that the CDF Committees (CDFCs) are reconstituted to include new members who will be appointed by Provincial Ministers as defined in the new Act.
