FORMER president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Chris Zumani has accused Dora Siliya of being ungrateful, saying despite her lack of popularity in Petauke Constituency, Lungu still signed her adoption certificate. Zumani also wonders why Siliya would refer to Emmanuel Jay Banda as a thug when he defeated her by a landslide in the 2021 elections.
