RTSA Chief Executive Officer Amon Mweemba has noted that security cameras are not working well due to power outages, and many motorists are taking advantage of this by speeding, leading to accidents. Mweemba also says the agency has applied to the Director of Public Prosecutions to have imported stolen vehicles declared government property so that they can be donated to charity.
