ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has advised citizens to report state agents whom they suspect are involved in illegal activities to relevant authorities. Kabesha says Zambia cannot be a country where everybody is clean, arguing that there will always be some people who are in conflict with the law. Commenting on concerns that state chambers were being used to conduct corrupt activities, Kabesha said people must not just make wild allegations. “Those are allegations as I keep saying.
