CONSTITUTIONAL lawyer John Sangwa says President Hakainde Hichilema has rigged the system because he is determined to win the 2026 elections. And Sangwa says if President Hichilema is concerned about Article 52, he must enact a law which will make resigning after nominations a criminal offence. Sangwa further says it is unfortunate that judges are lowly-paid civil servants, earning only $2,000 per month.
