MPIKA PF MP Francis Kapyanga claims that he was harassed at the High Court grounds on Thursday, alleging that a female police officer almost pulled his manhood. Kapyanga, who appeared at the High Court on Thursday to support former president Edgar Lungu in his eligibility case, raised an urgent matter without notice in Parliament, claiming that other MPs were also harassed in a similar manner. “It is important for me to raise an urgent matter without notice.
