POLICE have arrested PF faction secretary general Raphael Nakacinda for seditious practices. Nakacinda was arrested yesterday in connection with his recent remarks in which he urged the public to rush to former president Edgar Lungu’s residence, alleging that law enforcement agencies had been instructed by President Hakainde Hichilema to raid the former head of state.
