POLICE Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga has reiterated that PF faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda will make police cells his second home if he does not tame his tongue. On Wednesday, police arrested Nakacinda for seditious practices. However, Socialist Party leader Fred M’membe argued that the police were using the seditious charge to detain and arrest President Hakainde Hichilema’s political opponents.
