GOVERNMENT says Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mulambo Haimbe will represent President Hakainde Hichilema at the 27th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) scheduled for October 21, 2024 to October 26, 2024 in Samoa. The CHOGM 2024 will provide a platform for Heads of Government, business leaders, and other stakeholders to address critical issues such as climate change, democracy, human rights and the rule of law.
