FORMER national guidance and religious affairs minister Godfridah Sumaili says she has noticed a reduction in the number of people attending the National Day of Prayer, Fasting and Reconciliation. Sumaili has, however, commended President Hakainde Hichilema for participating in the commemoration of the National Day of Prayer for the first time on Friday.
