SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti yesterday suspended Mambilima PF MP Jean Chisenga from the House for seven sitting days for exhibiting disorderly behaviour. While Muchinga MP Emmanuel Banda was debating the motion of supply, Speaker Mutti spotted Chisenga debating while seated, despite walking in late. She then asked Chisenga to comply with the standing orders, adding that her actions demonstrated a lack of discipline.
