THE National Prosecution Authority says it has come up with a bill, which is currently with the Attorney General, that will guide how recovered assets are managed. In an interview, Director of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri noted that some recovered assets were not well maintained, adding that in some cases, seized vehicles were simply parked at law enforcement offices.
