SECONDARY Schools Teachers Union of Zambia (SESTUZ) General Secretary Anthony Mukanda has proposed to the Minister of Finance to consider consolidating and restructuring the debts owed by teachers to lending institutions through a three tier model. And Mukanda has described the state of the economy during the period under review as fair with a great need for improvement. Meanwhile, Mukanda has called for the suspension of GCE examinations until a proper, well structured, monitored, and predictable tuition mechanism is put in place.
