HEALTH Minister Elijah Muchima says Ace Pharmaceuticals, the company contracted to deliver some of the 156 ambulances under CDF, also has a contract with the health ministry to supply 60 ambulances, but is failing to meet contractural obligations. And Dr Muchima says the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency’s financial standing has not been prudent because it has not been audited since 2019.
