MINISTER of Sports, Youths and Arts Elvis Nkandu has wondered why the church wants to influence the regulation of how ministers must conduct themselves during by-elections. In statement, Friday, the Christian Churches Monitoring Group (CCMG) urged the Electoral Commission of Zambia to ensure that all ministers involved in the Petauke and Pambashe by-elections campaigns take unpaid leave.
