PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has, with immediate effect, fired Ministry of Education Permanent Secretary in Charge of Technical Services Joel Kamoko. The dismissal follows his interview on ZNBC TV news on Sunday evening, where he appeared drunk and disoriented.
