SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda says the party stands ready to oppose any intent of amending the Constitution if government does not engage in full transparency. On Tuesday, Justice Minister Princess Kasune said the Constitution amendment process was long overdue and President Hakainde Hichilema had shown the courage to proceed with it, when other leaders failed.
