HIP-HOP artist Edwin Nyundu, popularly known as Exitove, has issued a legal demand to Jae Ca$h’s record label, insisting on the immediate removal of the song Rapstar from all digital platforms. Nyundu alleges that the song features an unauthorised instrumental composition taken from one of his tracks. Nyundu has demanded that Rapstar be permanently removed from platforms such as YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify, Audiomack, Deezer, and Boomplay. Additionally, he seeks K50,000 in damages for lost revenue, economic harm, and reputational damage caused by the unauthorised use of his intellectual property.
