LUSAKA Lawyer Jonas Zimba says Zambians should not allow any manoeuvre to manipulate the Constitution. In an interview, Zimba said Bill 10 was better than the new dawn government’s attempt to amend the Constitution because it was born out of some kind of consultation. “This process must follow a particular route, where’s the roadmap?
